New Business Contact Information Form

The Board of Selectmen recently rescinded the town’s requirement for businesses to acquire Hawkers & Peddlers permits. The permit fee had been $200 to start up and a $100 renewal fee. Instead, businesses are required to fill out – at no cost –Town of Wakefield Business Contact Information Sheet. The fillable form is available online through the Building & Code Enforcement page on the Town of Wakefield website, www.wakefieldnh.gov. Please check with the Land Use Department on whether additional permitting is required for your business.
